Ride Itinerary - Iceland Golden Circle Waterfall
You will be transferred from Reykjavík to the Myrkholt farmhouse. After settling into your room, you wii mount up to ride towards the magnificent Gullfoss Waterfall where your group will have a chance to experience the powerful glacial waterfall in all its glory. You will then ride back to the farm to spend the night.
Your trail will lead to the highland region where you will ride along side a full herd of horses. You will have a terrific view of the highlands as you ride towards the Laxárgljúfur Canyon. ghlands.
Your ride continues with the herd from the Helgaskáli Hut to one of Iceland’s amazing canyons, Laxárgljúfur. After a full day in the saddle, you can kick back and relax after a great riding tour in the Secret Lagoon.
Your trails lead along the River Fossá back to the countryside where you will enjoy a tremendous view.
Today will be the last day of riding. You will ride to the Geysir geothermal area and through one of the national treasures, the Haukadalsskógur Forest and cross the Tungufljót River.
All good things must come to an end. After breakfast, you will be transferred back to Reykjavík City.
