An unforgettable fast-paced horseback riding vacation in Uruguay!  The interior region offers vast open country and rugged landscapes to ride across.  The people are friendly and love animals. Your lodging and stable will be based near picturesque Pueblo Eden hidden in the rolling hills and granite outcroppings. Arab/Thoroughbred horses are your partners along trails which trace olive groves and vineyards. The Uruguayan wines are just getting worldwide recognition and the quality olive oils are still a real secret. You will taste both during this ride along with a visit to an old gold mine. Comfortable bungalows provide a good rest at the end of your adventurous day. You can top this equestrian vacation with a pre or post ride visit to Punta del Este, the Saint Tropez of South America, and experience beautiful beaches, outlandish discotheques, casinos and world-class restaurants.
