A memorable horseback riding vacation in Andalucia, Spain! Starting at the farthest point of the beautiful Serrania de Ronda, you will ride along high rocky ridges surrounding the hilltop village of Gaucin. This tour follows the cork cutters trail through the chestnut forest, mountains and river and finishes on a high by riding into the beautiful city of Ronda perched on a deep gorge where you may want to stay a few more nights! The guide for this horseback riding trip has found comfortable hotels and noted traditional restaurants.

“The many changes of scenery from the cork oaks and lavender bushes that we brushed through, to the mountain pass with its glorious wildflowers and then back to the vibrant green of the chestnut woods were so stunning I finally realized why Andalucia is raved about. And the way the horses picked their way around the steep valleys as agile as mountain goats made it a heavenly way in which to see your beautiful countryside. I could keep raving about it for paragraph after paragraph.” Frances May 2013
“Just to say a huge thank you for a fabulous couple of days…I haven’t laughed so much for ages and I felt very honoured to be in such a spectacular setting on such majestic creatures. Karen thank you for creating the most lovely trip. We will be back again next Spring.”
